Using his degree in Music Education and Vocal Training, along with extensive performance experience, Rick is uniquely able to prepare new talent for the experience of a lifetime. Working with potential actors, models, singers and dancers, he encourages everyone to pursue their passions with hard work, determination and perseverance.
Diane Lawson, Operations Director & Office Administrator
Diane has been the Operations Director for ARTS and Applause International for more than five years. Her years of experience as a church leader and Women’s Ministry Director have greatly strengthened her ability to work with families. Diane’s compassion for people and her matchless sense of humor creates a unique atmosphere in the office, at the workshops and at ARTS.
Lawrence Moore, Director of Modeling & Fashion Advisor
Lawrence has been with Applause International and ARTS from the very beginning, and brings with him more than 20 years of experience as a former model, runway instructor, stylist and fashion advisor. Lawrence’s workshop technique and rapport with his students, make him the ultimate educator who knows how to make learning a blast!
Christina Ody, National Talent Scout, Fashion & Talent Advisor
Christina has worked in the fashion and talent industry as a scout, fashion stylist, acting coach, regional director, and talent consultant to name a few. With more than 10 years of experience, Christina brings a wealth of knowledge to every audition, workshop and seminar.
